Refund & Return Policy

At Sok2, every item is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered. Please contact us at support@sok2.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Items do not need to be returned.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order has likely already entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping Issues If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@sok2.com and we will investigate and resolve it for you.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law. Please contact us to initiate this process.
